NEPTUNE is a series of submersible pumps for circular wells, equipped with a cooling jacket, so they do not require full submersion or a casing pipe. It works with clean water in the pH range of 6.5–8.5, with an acceptable sand content of up to 40 gr/hl, and its basic parameters are Power supply 1~230 V/50 Hz, IP68, insulation class B, approx. 2850 RPM and maximum draft of 7 m.
The model has a built-in Float protecting against dry running, but does not have start/stop automatics - a pressure switch or an appropriate controller is recommended in cooperation with the hydrophore tank. Available variants include NEPTUN 50/60 (up to 50 m lifting, up to 60 l/min, 1" connection) and NEPTUN 40/110 (up to 40 m, up to 110 l/min, 1¼″ connector). Construction with AISI 304 stainless steel components and PPO impellers and diffusers ensures durability and corrosion resistance.
The standard version includes the H07RN-F cable 10 m (3 × 0.75 mm2), and the maximum temperature of the pumped liquid is 35 °C.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
What are NEPTUN pumps used for?
Pumps NEPTUNE are intended for pressing clean water from deep water intakes and ring wells, to power supply for home installations, watering the garden (from the shot), as well as to cooperate with hydrophore tanks and selected industrial installations.
Do NEPTUN pumps have them? Float and automation?
The model has Float (protects against dry running). Start/stop automatics in these models there is no ("Automatic: no"). In applications with a hydrophore system, use pressure switch or appropriate driver.
What kind of water can NEPTUN devices pump?
Only clean water, without solid and fibrous parts, in the pH range 6,5–8,5, with an acceptable sand content of up to 40 gr/hl. Not suitable for salt water, corrosive or flammable liquids.
What are the basic electrical and design parameters?
Power supply 1~ 230V / 50Hz, insulation class B, degree of protection IP68, rotational speed approx. 2850 RPM, max. immersion 7 m. Cable H07RN-F about length 10 m, cross-section 3 × 0.75 mm2.
How to choose a model: NEPTUN 50/60 or NEPTUN 40/110?
Follow the required lifting i performance installation:
– NEPTUN 50/60: lifting to 40 m, performance up to 60 l/min, spigot 1″.
– NEPTUN 40/110: lifting to 50 m, performance up to 110 l/min, spigot 1 1/4″.
Take into account intake depth, pipe distances/diameters and local losses. If in doubt, choose a model with a higher lifting capacity or consult the selection.
Do I need a conduit or full immersion?
Thanks cooling jacket NEPTUN pumps do not require full immersion or use casing pipe in ring wells. However, ensure a stable cooling flow in accordance with the installation instructions.
Is NEPTUN suitable for swimming pools and ponds?
NO. The pumps are not intended for use in swimming pools neither garden tanks. They work with clean water from wells/intakes.
What are the recommendations for electrical connections and cable extensions?
Incorrect selection/extension of the cable may cause voltage drop, overload i engine failure. Hermetic connections should be made by a specialist. In pumps with a starter box, before disassembly note the connection diagram – incorrect assembly may result in damage. We recommend ordering the work service/warrantor or well man.
What are the key usage limitations?
Do not pump liquids flammable/explosive. Permissible amount of sand: 40 gr/hl. Scope pH 6.5–8.5. Never do not allow work dry.
