Application
The MWQ series of submersible pumps with an agitator is designed for pumping sewage from septic tanks in households and agriculture and for draining flooded rooms, houses and garages. The pumps are also used to pump rainwater and surface water from ponds, lakes and rivers, supply ponds and work in stormwater pumping stations.
The built-in agitator mixes and breaks up dense sediments at the bottom of the tank, making it easier to pump them and reducing the risk of clogging the installation. The devices operate in a vertical position, with a maximum temperature of the pumped liquid up to 35°C.
Features of the MWQ series
MWQ series pumps are made with a motor housing and impeller housing made of gray cast iron. The impeller and shaft are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the agitator is made of gray cast iron. NSK bearings ensure stable operation under heavy loads typical of professional work.
The double mechanical stuffing box in the SiC/graphite/NBR system protects the motor against water, and the thermal protection built into the winding protects against overheating. The pumps do not have a built-in float switch - control is provided by external equipment, selected separately for the installation. The possibility of installation with a coupling foot facilitates integration with the guide system in permanent installations.
