MHI 2200 INOX with a 50 l hydrophore is a hydrophore set for automatic water supply to houses and facilities with high consumption. It combines a multi-stage, self-suction MHI 2200 INOX surface pump with a power of 1.8 kW with a 50 l expansion tank and pressure automation. The stainless steel impeller provides increased resistance to corrosion and abrasion. After unscrewing the draw-off point, the pump starts automatically, and when it is closed, it turns off.

Application
The MHI 2200 INOX hydrophore set with a 50 l hydrophore by IBO is designed for automatic supply of clean, cold water to single-family houses, farms, recreational facilities and plots with high water consumption. The suction capacity reaches up to 8 m. High efficiency and lifting up to 62 m make the set suitable for powering extensive installations, as well as for increasing the pressure in the water supply system.
The pressure switch automatically starts and disconnects the pump depending on the pressure in the installation, and the 50 l hydrophore tank stabilizes the pressure and limits the frequency of engine starts. Dedicated equipment pre-selected for the pump simplifies the process of completing and assembling the installation. The set operates with a power supply of 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz.
Features of IBO MHI 2200 INOX hydrofor 50 - description and technical data
The basis of the set is a multi-stage, self-priming centrifugal pump with a suction system based on a Venturi tube, which increases the pump's suction capacity. The suction body and console are made of cast iron, the pump housing, shaft and impeller are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the diffuser is made of PPO polymer. The multi-stage design ensures high and stable pressure, and the stainless steel impeller provides increased resistance to corrosion and abrasion. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding and protects it against overheating.
The pressure gauge is mounted on a five-way discharge outlet, which creates one connection node for the tank, installation and automation - this facilitates the distribution of the installation in many directions. An anti-vibration hose with an elbow limits the transfer of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the classic configuration of a pump with a hydrophore, the MHI 2200 INOX pump itself can be connected to PC or SK series hydrophore machines, as well as to the IVR-02 frequency converter.
