Applications
MHI sets with accessories are intended for building automatic pressure boosting systems in single-family homes, farms, and recreational properties supplied from shallow wells. The suction capacity reaches up to 8 m. The pressure switch automatically starts and disconnects the pump depending on the pressure in the system.
The five-way outlet allows you to connect a diaphragm tank, pressure gauge, and system pipes at a single connection point. The sets operate in a horizontal position with a 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz power supply. They are also suitable for garden irrigation and watering plots from a private water source, with a capacity of up to 100 l/min.
Features of MHI sets with accessories – description and technical data
Each set is based on a multistage centrifugal pump with a Venturi tube. The pump housing and shaft are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the impeller is made of PPO polymer, the suction body and bracket are made of cast iron, and the mechanical seal is made of ceramic, graphite, and NBR. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding.

All sets have the same suction capacity (up to 8 m) and flow rate (100 l/min) – they differ in power and head. The MHI 1300 (55 m) is sufficient for a typical home, the MHI 1800 (80 m) for several floors or long pipe runs, and the MHI 2500 (85 m) for very extensive installations. Do I need to purchase a pressure tank separately?
The diaphragm tank is not included in the set, but its use is recommended – it reduces the frequency of pump starts and stabilizes the pressure in the system. Tanks compatible with IBO products can be found on our website.
