MH 2200 INOX with a PC-20P pressure switch is a pressure booster set for automatically supplying water to homes and facilities with high water consumption. It combines a multistage, self-priming MH 2200 INOX surface pump with a power rating of 1.8 kW, connection accessories, and a PC-20P pressure switch that controls the pump. The stainless steel impeller provides increased resistance to corrosion and abrasion. When a water outlet is opened, the pump starts automatically, and when it is closed, the pump switches off.

Application
The MH 2200 INOX pressure booster set with a PC-20P pressure switch from IBO is designed to automatically supply clean, cold water to single-family homes, farms, recreational facilities, and plots with high water consumption. Its suction capacity reaches up to 8 m. The high flow rate and delivery head of up to 62 m make the set suitable for supplying extensive systems and increasing pressure in water supply systems.
The PC-20P pressure switch automatically starts and disconnects the pump depending on the pressure in the system. The dedicated accessories, factory-selected for the pump, simplify the process of completing and installing the system. The set operates on a 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz power supply.
Features of the IBO MH 2200 INOX hydrofor PC-20P – description and technical data
The set is based on a multistage, self-priming centrifugal pump with a suction system based on a Venturi tube, which increases the pump’s suction capacity. The suction body and bracket are made of cast iron; the pump housing, shaft, and impeller are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the diffuser is made of PPO polymer. The multistage design ensures high and stable pressure, while the stainless steel impeller provides increased resistance to corrosion and abrasion. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding and protects it against overheating.
The pressure gauge is mounted on a five-way discharge outlet, which forms a single connection point for the system and automation components, making it easier to distribute the system in multiple directions. The anti-vibration hose with an elbow limits the transmission of pump vibrations to the piping. The pump is controlled by the PC-20P pressure switch.
In addition to this configuration, the MH 2200 INOX pump itself can be connected to a diaphragm tank or other automatic pressure controllers from the PC or SK series, as well as to an IVR-02 frequency converter.
