The set is based on a multistage, self-priming centrifugal pump with a suction system based on a Venturi tube, which increases the pump’s suction capacity. The suction body and console are made of cast iron, while the pump housing and shaft are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the impeller and diffuser are made of PPO polymer. The multistage design ensures high and stable pressure. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding and protects it from overheating.
The pressure gauge is mounted on a five-way discharge outlet, which forms a single connection point for the tank, installation, and automation – this makes it easier to distribute the system in multiple directions. The anti-vibration hose with an elbow limits the transmission of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the conventional pump-and-pressure-tank configuration, the MH 1300 pump can be connected to PC or SK series booster controllers, as well as to the IVR-02 frequency converter.
