MCI 3-7 – multistage, self-priming centrifugal pump, 230 V
MCI pumps by IPRO are multistage, self-priming centrifugal pumps with hydraulics made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for applications ranging from domestic installations to continuous operation in smaller industrial systems. The reinforced mechanical seal enables operation with liquids at temperatures of up to 70°C, while the compact horizontal design facilitates installation in systems with limited space.
Who is it for?
-
Households – the MCI 3 pump is suitable for drawing and conveying raw water before treatment, watering gardens, and increasing pressure in domestic water systems.
-
Installers – the compact design and 1x1" connections facilitate installation in small technical rooms and pressure-boosting stations.
-
Small service facilities – the pump is used in pressure washers, laundries, and pressure-boosting systems in public buildings.
-
Agriculture and horticulture – the high capacity makes it easier to operate extensive irrigation and sprinkler systems.
Applications
IPRO MCI 3 pumps are designed to supply raw-water intake and conveying systems in households before water treatment, including sprinkler operation and rainwater use. They are also suitable for public facilities, for increasing pressure in water conveying systems and in water treatment systems. In smaller industrial applications, the pump is used in pressure washers, air-conditioning systems, and for conveying moderately viscous liquids with low aggressiveness. The pump is not a water-treatment device – if the water is to be used for drinking purposes, it must be appropriately treated and its quality monitored.
In agriculture, MCI 3 pumps are used for irrigation, as well as conveying and dosing fertilizers. The high capacity allows them to handle extensive sprinkler systems while maintaining high head. The MCI 3 industrial pump operates in a single-phase system powered at 1~230 V.
MCI 3 features – description and technical data
The hydraulics of MCI 3 pumps – the body, shaft, and connectors – are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance regardless of the system’s operating conditions. The SiC/SiC/EPDM mechanical seal offers higher wear resistance than typical graphite/silicon carbide combinations, resulting in longer seal life when operating with demanding media.
The MCI 3 is equipped with 1x1" discharge and suction connections, facilitating compatibility with standard installation fittings and diaphragm tanks.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – MCI 3 multistage pump
What applications is the MCI 3 pump suitable for?
The IPRO MCI 3 pump is suitable for supplying raw-water intake and conveying systems and increasing pressure in households before water treatment, in public facilities, in smaller industrial systems, and in agriculture for irrigation and fertilizer dosing.
Why is the SiC/SiC mechanical seal better than typical solutions?
The SiC/SiC seal (silicon carbide on both sliding surfaces) has greater hardness and wear resistance than typical graphite/silicon carbide combinations, extending seal life during prolonged pump operation.
Does the MCI 3 pump require additional dry-running protection?
The MCI 3 pump motor has built-in thermal protection; however, additional dry-running protection is recommended for the system, especially when supplying water from a tank or a well with a variable water level.
How do I select the MCI pump capacity for my system’s requirements?
The MCI series offers capacities ranging from 50 to 500 l/min, while the MCI 3 variants provide a flow rate of up to 85 l/min. You can estimate your installation’s exact water demand using our water demand calculator.
Where can I buy the MCI 3 multistage pump?
Dambat does not sell directly to customers. The MCI 3 pump is available from our trade partners, installation wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
Does the IPRO MCI 3 pump come with a manufacturer’s warranty?
IPRO – 36-month (3-year) manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service provided by Dambat.
