MCI 20-20 – multistage self-priming 230V centrifugal pump
The IPRO MCI 20-20 pump is a multistage, self-priming centrifugal pump with hydraulics made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for applications ranging from domestic installations to continuous operation in smaller industrial systems. The reinforced mechanical seal allows operation with liquid temperatures of up to 70°C, while the compact horizontal design facilitates installation in systems with limited space.
Who is it for
-
Households – the MCI 20-20 pump is suitable for drawing and transferring raw water before treatment, garden watering, and boosting pressure in domestic water systems.
-
Installers – the compact design and 2x2" connections facilitate installation in small technical rooms and pump rooms.
-
Small service facilities – the pump is used in pressure washers, laundries, and pressure-boosting installations in public utility buildings.
-
Agriculture and horticulture – high efficiency makes it easier to operate extensive irrigation and sprinkler systems.
Applications
The IPRO MCI 20-20 pump is designed to supply raw-water intake and transfer systems in households before water treatment, including sprinkler operation and rainwater use. It is also suitable for public utility facilities—for boosting pressure in water transfer systems and in treatment systems. In smaller industrial applications, the pump is used in pressure washers, air-conditioning systems, and for transferring moderately viscous liquids with low aggressiveness. The pump is not a water-treatment device—if the water is to be used for drinking purposes, appropriate treatment and quality control must be provided.
In agriculture, the MCI 20-20 pump is used for irrigation, as well as fertilizer transfer and dosing. Its high efficiency allows it to handle extensive sprinkler systems while maintaining high head. The MCI 20-20 industrial pump operates in a single-phase system powered by 1~230 V.
MCI 20-20 features – description and technical data
The hydraulics of the MCI 20-20 pump—body, shaft, and connections—are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance regardless of the installation’s operating conditions. The SiC/SiC/EPDM mechanical seal provides greater wear resistance than typical graphite/silicon carbide combinations, resulting in a longer seal service life when handling demanding media.
The pump is equipped with 2x2" discharge and suction connections, making it easy to use with standard installation fittings and pressure tanks.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – MCI 20-20 multistage pump
What applications is the MCI 20-20 pump suitable for?
The IPRO MCI 20-20 pump is suitable for supplying raw-water intake and discharge systems and for increasing water pressure in households before water treatment, public utility facilities, smaller industrial installations, and agriculture for irrigation and fertilizer dosing.
Why is a SiC/SiC mechanical seal better than typical solutions?
The SiC/SiC mechanical seal (silicon carbide on both sliding surfaces) offers greater hardness and wear resistance than typical graphite/silicon carbide combinations, extending the seal’s service life during prolonged pump operation.
Does the MCI 20-20 pump require additional dry-run protection?
The MCI 20-20 pump motor has built-in thermal protection; however, additional dry-run protection is recommended for the installation, especially when supplying water from a tank or a well with a fluctuating water level.
How do I select the MCI pump capacity to match my installation’s demand?
The MCI series offers a capacity range of 50 to 500 l/min, while the MCI 20-20 pump provides a flow rate of up to 500 l/min. You can estimate the exact water demand for your installation using our water demand calculator.
Where can I buy the MCI 20-20 multistage pump?
Dambat does not sell directly. The MCI 20-20 pump is available from our trade partners, installation wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
Is the IPRO MCI 20-20 pump covered by the manufacturer’s warranty?
IPRO – 36 months (3 years) manufacturer’s warranty. Dambat provides warranty and post-warranty service.
