MCI 20-10T – multistage, normal-suction centrifugal pump, 400V
IPRO MCI T pumps are multistage, normal-suction centrifugal pumps with hydraulics made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for applications ranging from domestic installations to continuous operation in smaller industrial systems. The reinforced mechanical seal allows operation with liquids at temperatures of up to 70°C, while the compact horizontal design facilitates installation in areas with limited space.
Who it is for
-
Households and farms – the MCI 20T pump is suitable for drawing and pumping raw water before treatment, irrigation, and pressure boosting in three-phase-powered systems.
-
Installers – the compact design and 2x2" connections facilitate installation in small utility rooms and pressure-booster rooms.
-
Small commercial facilities – the pump is suitable for pressure washers, laundries, and pressure-boosting systems in public buildings.
-
Installers of larger industrial systems – three-phase power supply makes it easier to select the pump for various types of power distribution boards.
Applications
IPRO MCI 20T pumps are designed to supply raw-water intake and pumping systems in households, before water treatment, including sprinkler operation and rainwater use. They are also suitable for public facilities, for pressure boosting in water-pumping systems and in treatment systems. In smaller industrial applications, the pump is used in pressure washers, air-conditioning systems, and for pumping moderately viscous liquids with low corrosiveness. The pump is not a water-treatment device – if the water is to be used for consumption, appropriate treatment and quality control must be provided.
In agriculture, MCI 20T pumps are used for irrigation, as well as for pumping and dosing fertilizers. The high capacity allows them to handle extensive sprinkler systems while maintaining high head. The MCI 20T industrial pump operates in a three-phase system.
MCI 20T features – description and technical data
The hydraulics of MCI 20T pumps – the body, shaft, and connections – are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance regardless of the system’s operating conditions. The SiC/SiC/EPDM mechanical seal provides greater wear resistance than typical graphite/silicon carbide combinations, resulting in a longer seal service life when handling demanding media.
MCI 20T motors are designed for three-phase operation with a 230V power supply (delta connection) or 400V power supply (star connection), while the discharge and suction connections are sized at 2x2".

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – MCI 20T multistage pump
What applications is the MCI 20T pump suitable for?
The IPRO MCI 20T pump is suitable for supplying raw-water intake and pumping systems and boosting pressure in households, before water treatment, in public facilities, in smaller industrial installations, and in agriculture for irrigation and fertilizer dosing.
Can the MCI 20T pump motor be connected to both 230V and 400V?
Most MCI 20T motors are designed for three-phase operation with either a 230V power supply (delta connection) or a 400V power supply (star connection). The exception is the MCI 20-40T, whose motor operates in the higher voltage class of 400V (delta) / 690V (star) – before connecting it, it is advisable to verify the power-supply parameters on the nameplate of the specific model.
Does the MCI 20T pump require additional dry-running protection?
The MCI 20T pump motor has built-in thermal protection; however, additional dry-running protection is recommended in the system, particularly when supplied from a tank or a well with a variable water level.
How do I select the MCI pump capacity for my system’s requirements?
The MCI series offers capacities ranging from 50 to 500 l/min, while variants in the MCI 20T group provide a flow rate of up to 500 l/min. You can estimate the exact water demand for your system using our water-demand calculator.
Where can I buy the MCI 20T multistage pump?
Dambat does not sell directly. The MCI 20T pump is available from our commercial partners, installation wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
Is the IPRO MCI 20T pump covered by a manufacturer’s warranty?
IPRO – 36-month (3-year) manufacturer’s warranty. Dambat provides warranty and post-warranty service.
