MCI 1-6 – multistage, normal-suction 230V centrifugal pump
IPRO MCI pumps are multistage, normal-suction centrifugal pumps with hydraulics made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for applications ranging from domestic installations to continuous operation in smaller industrial systems. The reinforced mechanical seal allows operation with liquids at temperatures up to 70°C, while the compact horizontal design facilitates installation in space-constrained systems.
Who it is for
-
Households – the MCI 1 pump is suitable for raw-water intake and pumping before treatment, garden watering, and increasing pressure in domestic water systems.
-
Installers – the compact design and 1"x1" connections facilitate installation in small technical rooms and pressure-boosting stations.
-
Small service facilities – the pump is used in pressure washers, laundries, and pressure-boosting systems in public-service buildings.
-
Small-scale agriculture – the low flow rate combined with high head facilitates irrigation and sprinkler operation on allotments and farms.
Applications
IPRO MCI 1 pumps are designed to supply raw-water intake and pumping systems in households before water treatment, including sprinkler operation and rainwater use. They are also suitable for public-service facilities—for increasing pressure in water-pumping systems and in treatment systems. In smaller industrial applications, the pump is used in pressure washers, air-conditioning systems, and for pumping moderately viscous liquids with low aggressiveness. The pump is not a water-treatment device—if the water is to be used for drinking purposes, appropriate treatment and quality control must be provided.
In agriculture, MCI 1 pumps are used for irrigation, as well as fertilizer pumping and dosing. Thanks to their compact dimensions and high head at relatively low flow rates, they are suitable wherever a significant difference in elevation or system resistance must be overcome with moderate flow requirements. The MCI 1 industrial pump operates in a single-phase system powered by 1~230 V.
MCI 1 features – description and technical data
The hydraulics of the MCI 1 pump—including the casing, shaft, and connections—are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance regardless of the installation’s operating conditions. The SiC/SiC/EPDM mechanical seal offers greater wear resistance than typical graphite/silicon carbide combinations, resulting in a longer seal service life when handling demanding fluids.
All models in the series are equipped with 1"x1" discharge and suction connections, making them easy to use with standard installation fittings and pressure tanks.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – MCI 1 multistage pump
What applications is the MCI 1 pump suitable for?
The IPRO MCI 1 pump is suitable for supplying raw water intake and pumping systems and for boosting water pressure in households before treatment, in public utility facilities, smaller industrial installations, and agriculture for irrigation and fertilizer dosing.
Why is the SiC/SiC mechanical seal better than typical solutions?
The SiC/SiC mechanical seal (silicon carbide on both sliding surfaces) is harder and more wear-resistant than typical graphite/silicon carbide combinations, extending the seal's service life during prolonged pump operation.
In what position is the MCI 1 pump installed?
The MCI 1 pump is designed for horizontal installation on a stable surface, near the pressure tank or pressure controller with which it operates in a typical water pressure system.
How do the MCI 1-3, MCI 1-4, MCI 1-6, and MCI 1-7 models differ?
The models differ in the number of hydraulic stages, which affects the maximum head and motor power—from the smallest MCI 1-3 to the most powerful MCI 1-7. Model selection depends on the pressure required in the installation at a similar flow rate. If you have any doubts about selecting the right pump for your installation, please contact our technical department.
Where can I buy the MCI 1 multistage pump?
Dambat does not sell directly. The MCI 1 pump is available from our trade partners, plumbing wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
Is the IPRO MCI 1 pump covered by the manufacturer's warranty?
IPRO – 36 months (3 years) of the manufacturer's warranty. Dambat provides warranty and post-warranty service.
