Application
The IBO JSW 150 hydrofor set with a 50 l hydrofor tank is designed for the automatic intake and pumping of technically clean, cold untreated water in single-family homes, farms, recreational facilities, and allotments. Its suction capacity reaches up to 8 m. The high capacity makes the set suitable for supplying installations with higher water demand, as well as for increasing pressure in the installation’s supply system. The set is not a water-treatment device—when using the water for other purposes, we recommend providing appropriate treatment.
The pressure switch automatically starts and disconnects the pump depending on the pressure in the installation, while the 50 l diaphragm tank stabilizes the pressure and reduces the frequency of motor starts. The dedicated accessories factory-selected for the pump simplify the process of assembling and installing the system. The set operates on a 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz power supply.
JSW 150 hydrofor 50 features – description and technical data
The set is based on a single-stage, self-priming centrifugal surface pump with a suction system based on a Venturi tube, which increases the pump’s suction capacity. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding and protects it against overheating.
The pressure gauge is mounted on the five-way discharge outlet, which forms a single connection point for the tank, installation, and control system—this makes it easier to distribute the installation in multiple directions. The anti-vibration hose with an elbow limits the transmission of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the standard pump + tank configuration, the JSW 150 pump itself can be connected to PC or SK series hydrofor controllers, as well as to the IVR-02 frequency converter.
