JSW 150 hydrofor 24 – 230 V booster set with a 24 l tank
The JSW 150 with a 24 l pressure tank is a booster set for the automatic intake and delivery of raw water in households. It combines a single-stage, self-priming JSW 150 surface pump with a power rating of 1.5 kW, a 24 l diaphragm tank, and pressure control automation. When a water outlet is opened, the pump starts automatically; when it is closed, the pump switches off – the system operates without manual control.
Who is it for?
-
Owners of single-family homes with their own water source – the JSW 150 set with a pressure tank maintains stable water pressure throughout the household installation.
-
Farms and horticultural operations – the high flow rate of up to 80 l/min is suitable for supplying irrigation systems, sprinklers, and watering systems.
-
Water system installers – the set with selected accessories reduces the time needed to complete and commission the pressurized installation.
-
Owners of holiday homes and allotments – the compact system with a 24 l tank provides water from a private well without connection to the water supply network.
Applications
The JSW 150 booster set with a 24 l pressure tank from IBO is designed for the automatic intake and delivery of clean, technically suitable, cold raw water in single-family homes, farms, recreational facilities, and allotments. Its suction capacity reaches up to 8 m. The high flow rate makes the set suitable for supplying systems with higher water demand, as well as for increasing pressure in the system supplying an installation. The set is not a water treatment device – when using the water for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate treatment.
The pressure switch automatically starts and disconnects the pump depending on the pressure in the installation, while the 24 l diaphragm tank stabilizes the pressure and reduces the frequency of motor starts. The dedicated accessories, factory-selected for the pump, simplify the process of completing and installing the system. The set operates on a 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz power supply.
JSW 150 hydrofor 24 features – description and technical data
The set is based on a single-stage, self-priming centrifugal pump with a suction system using a Venturi tube, which increases the pump’s suction capacity. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding and protects it against overheating.
The pressure gauge is mounted on a five-way discharge outlet, which forms a single connection point for the tank, installation, and automation – making it easier to distribute the installation in multiple directions. The anti-vibration hose with an elbow limits the transfer of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the conventional pump + tank configuration, the JSW 150 pump itself can be connected to PC or SK series pressure controllers, as well as to the IVR-02 frequency converter. These controllers also protect the pump against dry running. The range of controllers dedicated to IBO booster sets is available in our pressure controller range.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – JSW 150 hydrofor 24 booster set
What is included in the JSW 150 hydrofor 24 set?
The set includes: JSW 150 pump, 24 l diaphragm tank, anti-vibration hose with an elbow, five-way discharge outlet, pressure gauge, and pressure switch. You can find the remaining dedicated accessories and tanks with other capacities in our booster set range.
What tank capacity should I choose for the set?
The JSW 150 pump can be paired with tanks of various capacities, available in horizontal, vertical, and stainless-steel versions. A larger tank starts the pump less frequently and provides a larger water reserve, while a smaller one takes up less space. To select a configuration for your individual needs, contact the Dambat technical department.
Does the set operate automatically?
Yes – the pressure switch starts the pump when a water outlet is opened and switches it off when the outlet is closed. The diaphragm tank stabilizes the pressure and reduces the frequency of motor starts.
Can the JSW 150 pump be connected to a pressure controller?
Yes – in addition to the conventional configuration with a diaphragm tank, the JSW 150 pump can be paired with PC or SK series pressure controllers, or with an IVR series frequency converter. These controllers provide additional protection against dry running. We recommend consulting our technical department when selecting the appropriate configuration.
From what depth can the pump draw water?
The set’s suction capacity reaches up to 8 m. The pump should be installed in a horizontal position, while the suction pipe should be as short as possible and airtight along its entire length, which makes it easier to prime the pump before starting it.
Is the JSW 150 hydrofor 24 set covered by a manufacturer’s warranty?
IBO – 24-month (2-year) manufacturer’s warranty. Dambat provides warranty and post-warranty service.
Where can I buy the JSW 150 hydrofor 24 booster set?
As a manufacturer, we do not sell directly. The set is available from our commercial partners, installation wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
