Application
The IBO JSW 100 pressure booster set with a 50 L pressure tank is designed for the automatic intake and pumping of technically clean, cold raw water in single-family homes, farms, recreational facilities, and allotments. Its suction capacity reaches up to 8 m. The high flow rate makes the set suitable for supplying installations with higher water demand, as well as for increasing pressure in the system supplying the installation. The set is not a water treatment device—when using the water for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate treatment.
The pressure switch automatically starts and stops the pump depending on the pressure in the system, while the 50 L diaphragm tank stabilizes the pressure and reduces the frequency with which the motor starts. Factory-selected accessories dedicated to the pump simplify the process of assembling and installing the system. The set operates on a 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz power supply.
JSW 100 pressure booster 50 features – description and technical data
The set is based on a single-stage, self-priming centrifugal pump with a suction system based on a Venturi tube, which increases the pump’s suction capacity. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding and protects it from overheating.
The pressure gauge installed on the five-way discharge outlet creates a single connection point for the tank, installation, and control system, making it easier to distribute the installation in multiple directions. The anti-vibration hose with an elbow limits the transfer of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the standard pump-and-tank configuration, the JSW 100 pump itself can be connected to PC or SK series pressure booster controllers, as well as to the IVR-02 variable frequency drive.
