Application
The IBO JET 100A pressure boosting set with a 24 l hydrophore is designed for the automatic intake and pumping of technically clean, cold raw water in single-family homes, farms, recreational facilities, and allotments. Its suction capacity reaches up to 8 m. It is suitable for pumping water from wells, tanks, and private water sources, as well as for increasing pressure in a system supplying an installation. The set is not a water treatment device – when the water is used for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate treatment.
The pressure switch automatically starts and disconnects the pump depending on the pressure in the installation, while the 24 l diaphragm tank stabilizes the pressure and reduces the frequency of motor starts. Factory-selected accessories dedicated to the pump simplify the process of assembling and installing the system. The set operates on a 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz power supply.
JET 100A hydrophore 24 features – description and technical data
The set is based on a single-stage, self-priming centrifugal pump with a Venturi tube. The pump body and bracket are made of cast iron, the shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the impeller and diffuser are made of PPO polymer, and the mechanical seal is made of ceramic, graphite, and NBR. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding.
The pressure gauge is mounted on a five-way discharge outlet, which forms a single connection node for the tank, installation, and control equipment – making it easier to distribute the installation in multiple directions. The anti-vibration hose reduces the transfer of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the classic pump + tank configuration, the JET 100A pump can be connected to PC or SK series hydrophore controllers, as well as to the IVR-02 frequency converter. From what depth can the pump draw water?
