JET 100 LONG with a 24 l hydrophore is a hydrophore set for automatic intake and pumping of raw water in households. It combines a single-stage, self-suction JET 100 LONG surface pump with a power of 1.1 kW with a 24 l expansion tank and pressure automation. The LONG version is distinguished by a slimmer, elongated structure, a differently arranged outlet and work with liquid at a temperature of up to 40°C. After unscrewing the draw-off point, the pump starts automatically, and when it is closed, it turns off - the installation operates without manual operation.

Application
The JET 100 LONG hydrophore set with a 24 l hydrophore by IBO is designed for automatic collection and pumping of technically clean, cold raw water in single-family houses, farms, recreational facilities and on plots. The suction capacity reaches up to 8 m. It is suitable for pumping water from wells, tanks and own intakes, as well as for increasing the pressure in the system supplying the installation. The set is not a water treatment device - when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate preparation.
The pressure switch automatically starts and disconnects the pump depending on the pressure in the installation, and the 24-liter diaphragm tank stabilizes the pressure and limits the frequency of engine starts. Dedicated equipment pre-selected for the pump simplifies the process of completing and assembling the installation. The set operates with a power supply of 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz.
Features of JET 100 LONG hydrophore 24 – description and technical data
The basis of the set is a single-stage, self-suction centrifugal pump with a Venturi tube. The pump body and console are made of cast iron, the shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the impeller and diffuser are made of PPO polymer, and the mechanical stuffing box is made of ceramics, graphite and NBR. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding. Unlike the standard version, JET 100 LONG has a slimmer and longer structure and a different outlet, and it also works with liquid at a temperature of up to 40°C.
The pressure gauge is mounted on a five-way discharge outlet, which creates one connection node for the tank, installation and automation - this facilitates the distribution of the installation in many directions. An anti-vibration hose with an elbow limits the transfer of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the classic pump + tank configuration, the JET 100 LONG pump itself can be connected to PC or SK series hydrophore machines, as well as to the IVR-02 frequency converter.
