The pump body and bracket are made of cast iron, the shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the impeller and diffuser are made of PPO polymer, and the mechanical seal is made of ceramic, graphite, and NBR. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding. Unlike the standard version, the JET 100 LONG has a slimmer and longer design, a differently routed outlet, and operates with liquids at temperatures of up to 40°C.
The pressure gauge is mounted on a five-way discharge outlet, which forms a single connection point for the tank, installation, and control system—this facilitates routing the system in multiple directions. The anti-vibration hose with an elbow reduces the transmission of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the classic pump + tank configuration, the JET 100 LONG pump can be connected to PC or SK series pressure booster controllers, as well as to the IVR-02 variable frequency drive.
