Description
IVR 10-015 S pump inverter
IBO IVR 10 is an intelligent controller for water pumps, designed for professional applications. It maintains constant, preset pressure in the installation, smoothly adjusting the pump’s rotational speed to current water demand while protecting it against dry running, overload, short circuits, and voltage fluctuations. It is available in single- and three-phase versions, across a wide power range, and can be connected into pump groups of up to 6 devices.
Who is it for?
- Installers and service companies – constant pressure and a complete set of pump protection features, suitable for single- and three-phase devices across a wide power range.
- Industrial facilities, halls, and warehouses – stable pressure in technical installations with variable demand and lower energy consumption.
- Farms and livestock operations – reliable water supply and irrigation, including with submersible pumps.
- Water utilities and water treatment plants – construction of multi-pump systems for up to 6 pumps controlled by a single device.
Applications
The IVR 10 inverter is used wherever constant water pressure and pump control and protection are required. It connects directly to a submersible, surface, or immersion pump—single-phase or three-phase—and takes over automatic start-up, shutdown, and speed adjustment according to the installation’s current demand. Soft starting and stopping eliminate water hammer, while lower average speeds reduce energy consumption.
It is most commonly used in water supply systems, industry, water utilities and treatment plants, field and greenhouse irrigation, and systems using rainwater. Several controllers can be connected into a pump group serving a single system. The IVR 10 inverter is available in a 1×230 V / 3×400 V version.
IVR 10 features
The IVR 10 maintains constant pressure by controlling the pump using SPWM technology and V/F control (variable speed, variable frequency) with a PID algorithm. Based on continuous pressure analysis, the inverter adjusts the pump speed to actual demand, reducing energy and water consumption while extending pump life through lower average speeds. Dry-run protection operates without the need to install probes or sensors in the well.
Several IVR 10 controllers can be connected into a pump group of up to 6 pumps, managed from one selected master device. The device is selected for the pump according to its power, voltage, and current. As a professional device, the IVR 10 should be installed by a qualified installer, with effective grounding and, where necessary, additional measures to limit electromagnetic interference.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – what is the IVR 10 inverter used for?
What is the IVR 10 inverter used for?
The IVR 10 inverter is a controller that maintains constant water pressure in the installation by smoothly regulating the speed of the connected pump. At the same time, it protects the pump against dry running, overload, short circuits, and voltage fluctuations, and automatically switches it on and off depending on water consumption.
How does the IVR 10 inverter differ from a conventional pressure-boosting system?
A conventional pressure-boosting system switches the pump on and off abruptly and relies on a large tank, causing pressure fluctuations. The IVR 10 inverter continuously adjusts the pump speed using SPWM technology with PID control, maintaining constant pressure and reducing energy consumption. A small diaphragm pressure vessel with a capacity of 2 liters or more is sufficient.
What types of pumps is the IVR 10 compatible with?
The IVR 10 is designed for borehole, surface, and submersible pumps with power ratings from 0.37 to 7.5 kW. Single-phase (S) versions are powered by 1×230 V, while three-phase (T) versions use 3×400 V. As a professional device, it should be selected and installed by a qualified installer.
Can IVR 10 inverters be connected into pump groups?
Yes. Several IVR 10 controllers can be connected into a group of up to 6 pumps. The entire system is managed by one selected master device, to which the pressure sensor is connected, while the remaining inverters adjust their operation to the system’s demand.
Is the IVR 10 inverter covered by the manufacturer’s warranty?
IBO – 24-month (2-year) manufacturer’s warranty. Dambat provides warranty and post-warranty service.
Where can the IBO IVR 10 inverter be purchased?
As a manufacturer, we do not sell directly. The IBO IVR 10 inverter is available from our trade partners, installation wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
