IVR 08 015S pump inverter
IBO IVR 08 is an intelligent inverter for water pumps, intended for professional applications. It maintains a constant preset pressure in the system, smoothly adjusting the pump’s rotational speed to current water consumption while protecting it against dry running, overload, short circuits, and voltage fluctuations. It is available in single- and three-phase versions, with the option of connecting units into pump groups.
Who is it for?
- Installers and service companies – constant pressure and a full set of pump protections in one device, suitable for single- and three-phase pumps and ready for professional installation.
- Industrial facilities, workshops, and warehouses – stable pressure in technical systems with variable demand and lower energy consumption.
- Farms and livestock operations – reliable water supply and irrigation, including with submersible pumps.
- Commercial and hotel facilities – maintaining even water pressure in systems with a large and variable number of draw-off points.
Applications
The IVR 08 inverter is used wherever constant water pressure and pump control and protection are required. When connected directly to a submersible, surface, or immersion pump, the device takes over starting and stopping, as well as adjusting the speed to the installation’s current demand. Soft starting and stopping eliminate water hammer, while lower average speeds reduce energy and water consumption.
It is used in water supply systems, industry, field and greenhouse irrigation, pressure boosting in commercial facilities, and rainwater systems. Several controllers can be connected into a pump group serving a single system.
IVR 08 features
The IVR 08 maintains constant pressure by controlling the pump using SPWM and V/F control technology (variable speed, variable frequency). Based on continuous analysis of pipeline pressure, the inverter adjusts the pump speed to actual demand, reducing energy and water consumption while extending pump life through lower average speeds. Dry-run protection operates without the need to install probes or sensors in the well.
Several IVR 08 controllers can be connected into a pump group managed from one selected master device. The device is selected for the pump according to its power, voltage, and current. As a professional device, the IVR 08 should be installed by a qualified installer, with effective grounding and, if necessary, additional measures to limit electromagnetic interference.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – what is the IVR 08 inverter used for?
What is the IVR 08 inverter used for?
The IVR 08 inverter is a controller that maintains constant water pressure in the installation by smoothly regulating the speed of the connected pump. At the same time, it protects the pump against dry running, overload, short circuits, and voltage fluctuations, and automatically switches it on and off depending on water consumption.
How does the IVR 08 inverter differ from a classic hydrophore system?
A classic hydrophore system switches the pump on in steps and relies on a large tank, causing pressure to fluctuate. The IVR 08 inverter continuously adjusts the pump speed using SPWM technology, maintaining constant pressure and limiting energy consumption. A small diaphragm tank with a capacity of 2 liters or more is sufficient.
Which pumps is the IVR 08 compatible with?
The IVR 08 is designed for submersible, surface, and immersion pumps with power ratings from 0.37 to 2.2 kW. Single-phase versions (S) are powered by 1~230 V, while the three-phase version (T) is powered by 3~400 V. As a professional device, it should be selected and installed by a qualified installer.
Can IVR 08 inverters be connected into pump groups?
Yes. Several IVR 08 controllers can be connected into a pump group serving a single installation. The entire system is managed by one selected master device, to which the pressure sensor is connected, while the remaining inverters adjust their operation to the system's demand.
Is the IVR 08 inverter covered by the manufacturer's warranty?
IBO – 24 months (2 years) of the manufacturer's warranty. Dambat provides warranty and post-warranty service.
Where can the IBO IVR 08 inverter be purchased?
As a manufacturer, we do not sell directly. The IBO IVR 08 inverter is available from our trade partners, installation wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
