IBO IVR 03 is an intelligent controller for water pumps, intended for professional applications. It maintains a constant, set pressure in the installation, smoothly adjusting the pump speed to the current water consumption, and at the same time protects it against dry running, overload, short circuit and voltage fluctuations. The device can work with both single- and three-phase pumps.

Application
The IVR 03 inverter is used where it is necessary to maintain constant water pressure and control and protect the pump. It is connected directly to a surface or submersible pump and automatically switches on and off and adjusts the speed to the current demand of the installation, eliminating water hammer thanks to soft start and stop.
Most often, it works in water supply installations, in irrigation of greenhouses, gardens and fields, in the use of rainwater and in industrial and agricultural facilities. It can also manage the operation of two pumps feeding one system.
Features of IVR 03
IVR 03 maintains constant pressure by controlling the pump using SPWM technology and V/F regulation (variable speed, variable frequency) with the PID algorithm. Thanks to continuous pressure analysis, the inverter adjusts the pump speed to the actual demand, which reduces energy and water consumption and - through lower average speed - extends the pump's life. Dry-running protection works without the need to install probes or sensors in the well.
The device is matched to the pump according to its power, supply voltage and current. Constant pressure is set with a simple setting range, and operation can be performed in automatic or manual mode. The IP55 protection level allows the inverter to be installed in technical rooms and pump rooms.

The IVR 03 inverter selects the pump speed continuously using SPWM technology with PID control, maintaining constant pressure and reducing energy consumption. A small expansion vessel with a volume of 2 liters is sufficient.
What pumps does IVR 03 work with?
IVR 03 is designed for surface and submersible pumps with power up to 1.1 / 1.5 / 2.2 kW. It is not recommended for deep-well pumps where the power cord can be very long - such systems require additional technical solutions. The controller can also operate two pumps feeding one installation.
Does IVR 03 require installation by an installer?
Yes. IVR 03 is not a household appliance and should only be installed by persons with appropriate technical qualifications. The installation requires effective grounding and, in interference-sensitive environments, the use of shielded cables and filters in accordance with the EN 61800-3 standard.
