IVO 25-40/180 circulator pump with union fittings
The IVO series consists of energy-efficient electronic circulator pumps with energy class A and permanent-magnet motors, achieving an energy efficiency index of EEI ≤ 0.23. They are designed to automatically and continuously adjust performance to the actual needs of the system—the built-in differential pressure controller and 8 operating modes eliminate the need for manual adjustment.
Who it is for
-
HVAC system installers – a ready-to-install device with a complete set of union fittings and a power cable adapter, with no need for additional motor protection.
-
Heating and plumbing system designers – 8 operating modes, including proportional- and constant-pressure curves, enable precise selection of the pump characteristics to meet project requirements while keeping energy consumption low.
-
Wholesalers and technical stores – a series meeting energy class A requirements and responding to the growing demand for energy-efficient solutions in residential and commercial construction.
-
Maintenance departments and service technicians – the control panel on top of the motor, with an energy consumption display, facilitates quick diagnostics and configuration without additional tools.
Application
IBO IVO is designed to circulate heating fluid in constant-temperature central heating systems with variable flow rates and in systems with varying pipe temperatures. The temperature range from 2°C to 110°C enables safe operation in domestic central heating systems, air-conditioning systems, and industrial circuits.
The factory-set AUTO mode automatically selects the proportional-pressure curve according to the current needs of the system. The control panel located on top of the motor displays the current electrical energy consumption. The device is supplied with a complete set of union fittings and a power cable adapter.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – IBO IVO circulator pump
When should I choose the IVO series, and when should I choose MAGI H?
The IVO series is the right choice for typical domestic central heating systems where maximum energy efficiency and low power consumption (5–60 W) are the priorities. The MAGI H series is suitable for more demanding systems—it offers 12 operating modes instead of 8, greater head (up to 12 m), and higher performance, making it a better choice for larger buildings or systems with variable and high flow requirements.
Do IVO series pumps require additional motor protection?
No—the IVO series pumps do not require additional motor protection, which simplifies installation and reduces project costs.
What control modes does the pump offer?
IVO has 8 operating modes. AUTO mode (factory-set) automatically selects the proportional-pressure curve according to the system’s needs. Proportional-pressure curves (LPP/HPP), constant-pressure curves (LCP/HCP), and three constant-speed curves (I/II/III) are also available.
Where can I buy an IBO IVO pump?
IVO series pumps are available from authorized installation wholesalers cooperating with the IBO brand. Dambat does not sell directly.
Where can I have it serviced after the warranty expires?
Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat, Adamów 50, Grodzisk Mazowiecki. IBO – 24 months (2 years) manufacturer’s warranty.
