Applications
The ISQ submersible pump with a float switch is designed for pumping clean technical water and slightly contaminated water that does not contain abrasive particles such as sand. The pump is suitable for pumping rainwater and surface water from ponds, lakes, and rivers, supplying garden ponds, and draining flooded rooms, houses, garages, and premises. The pump is not a water-treatment device – when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate water preparation.
The device operates in a vertical position and tolerates water pH in the range of 6.5–8.5, with a maximum pumped liquid temperature of up to 50°C. The minimum immersion depth of the pump with the float switch is 25 cm, allowing the float to move freely.
Features of the ISQ pump with float switch
The pump is made of AISI 304 stainless steel – including the motor housing, shaft, rotor, and impeller – making it resistant to corrosion during continuous contact with water. The cooling jacket allows the pump to operate without being fully submerged in water.
The built-in float switch automatically controls pump operation according to the water level and provides basic protection against dry running. Thermal protection built into the motor winding protects the pump from overheating.
