Features, description and technical data
The IBO IQX series is Submersible pumps intended for pumping clean and contaminated water, but the diameter of the contamination cannot be larger than that permitted for a given model. The design with a Vortex impeller supports operation in medium with light contamination and is responsible for stable pumping conditions in accordance with the hydraulic characteristics of the device.
Each IQX pump is equipped with Float, which automatically turns the device on and off depending on the water level. This solution facilitates operation and allows automatic operation, provided that the correct immersion is maintained and the user supervises the operation at a lower immersion level than the height of the pump.
The series includes models with a power supply of 230 V / 50 Hz and a rotation speed of 2850 RPM. Catalog data includes, among others: IQX 25-370 with a power of 370 W, lifting up to 8.5 m and capacity up to 220 l/min; IQX 50-750 with a power of 750 W, lifting up to 14 m and capacity up to 383 l/min; and IQX 50-1500 with a power of 1500 W, lifting up to 17.5 m and capacity up to 450 l/min.
The operating conditions of the IQX series include a maximum medium temperature of 35°C, water pH 6.5–8.5, insulation class F, IPX8 protection level and S1 operating mode. The pump cannot run dry, as this will damage the device; the minimum immersion level during operation should not be less than the height of the pump.
