Features, description and technical data of IBO IQN pumps
Series IBO IQN includes models IQN 25-370, IQN 50-750 and IQN 50-1500, which differ in power, efficiency and lifting height. The maximum lifting height is from 10 m for IQN 25-370, by 15 m for IQN 50-750, up to 20 m for IQN 50-1500, at maximum capacities respectively 167 l/min, 383 l/min and 420 l/min.
All IQN pumps are powered by voltage 230V/50Hz and equipped with high-efficiency screw rotor with cutting disc, which performs the function of a shredder. The pumps operate continuously S1, they have insulation class F, IPX8 protection rating, rotational speed 2850 RPM and acceptable pH of the pumped liquid 6.5–8.5. The maximum medium temperature is 35°C.
The design of IQN pumps provides for vertical installation in tanks and cisterns, with the medium flowing through the discharge port to which a discharge hose of appropriate diameter is connected. As a manufacturer, we recommend that the pump be suspended at least 30 cm above the bottom of the tank, which prevents sediment from being sucked in and damaging hydraulic parts. The minimum immersion level during operation should not be less than the height of the pump, and operation at lower immersion requires constant user supervision.
IQN pumps are designed for pumping clean and contaminated water without abrasive contaminationsuch as sand or gravel. The manufacturer expressly prohibits pumping salt water, acidic liquids, flammable substances, food products and water containing oils and petroleum substances, as this may lead to damage to rubber elements and premature failure.
IQN models are equipped with: Float electric, which automatically turns the pump on and off depending on the water level. The length of the float cable must be selected appropriately to ensure free operation and to avoid dry running. The electrical installation should be equipped with: 30 mA residual current circuit breaker and effective grounding, while maintaining a minimum supply voltage not lower than 210 V.
