IPML Circulation Pumps – Reliable Water Circulation in Heating and Cooling Systems
The IPML series consists of industrial circulation pumps designed for the circulation of cold and hot water in systems with a constant or variable flow rate. They are suitable for heating substations, HVAC systems, process circuits, and a wide range of industrial and municipal applications.
The design of IPML pumps ensures stable operation at elevated medium temperatures – up to 80 °C as standard (up to 100 °C for short periods), at an operating pressure of up to 0.6 MPa. The devices operate continuously and have an IP55 protection rating.
Key benefits
-
Versatile applications – heating and cooling circuits, constant or variable flow.
-
High operational durability – robust construction and tightness for operation at elevated temperatures.
-
Reliable continuous operation – optimized motor operation (approx. 2850 RPM), insulation class B.
-
Safe operation – IP55 protection, protection for 230 V motors.
-
Versatile range – from the compact IPML 25/125 (including for filling solar installations) to models designed for water with permitted impurities (0.27 km/m3)
Applications
- Heating systems (central heating, heat exchangers, heating substations) and cooling systems (chillers, air-conditioning systems).
- Process circuits in industry, and domestic water circulation in closed systems.
- Filling solar installations (e.g. the IPML 25/125 model – in accordance with the project requirements).
Operating note: IPML pumps are not designed for operation with glycol.
Operating conditions
- Max. liquid temperature: 80 °C (up to 100 °C for short periods).
- Max. ambient temperature: 40 °C.
- Operating pressure up to: 0.6 MPa.
- Operating mode: continuous.
- Protection rating: IP44.
- Insulation class: B/F.
- Motor: approx. 2850 RPM, with protection for 230 V.
Models for use with permitted impurities
IPML 50/1100 and IPML 50/2200 are designed for water containing non-abrasive and non-absorbent solid impurities of up to 0.27 kg/m³.
Materials and construction
The body and load-bearing components are made of durable alloys, the rotating components are made of materials with increased wear resistance, and the mechanical seal is made of components that ensure tightness and stable operation at elevated temperatures.
Why IPML?
- Stable system operation under varying flow loads.
- Simple selection and integration into existing HVAC systems.
- The series includes both compact models and models for more demanding applications.
