IP 750 INOX - submersible pump
submersible pump IP 750 INOX by IBO is a series of devices with a stainless steel housing,
intended for pumping clean and slightly polluted water, free from elements
grinding. The power range from 550 W (IP 550 INOX) to 1100 W (IP 1100 INOX) allows you to choose
model to the capacity needed in a given installation. Stainless steel housing construction
reduces susceptibility to mechanical damage and corrosion in more difficult working conditions.
For whom
-
Water and sewage installation companies – stainless steel casing is suitable for frequent relocation of the pump between subsequent interventions.
-
Industrial plants and maintenance departments – increased mechanical resistance of the housing facilitates work in harder conditions than in the case of a technopolymer housing.
-
Agricultural and breeding farms – pumps are suitable for pumping water from ponds, reservoirs and shallow ring wells for irrigation or watering animals.
-
Wholesale and technical stores – the power range from 550 W to 1100 W allows us to offer a model adapted to various scales of installations.
Application
The IP INOX series of submersible pumps is designed for pumping clean and light water
contaminated, not containing grinding elements such as sand. Pumps serve
for draining flooded rooms, basements, garages, swimming pools and manholes, as well as
for pumping water from ponds, rivers and surface reservoirs.
The devices operate in a vertical position, fully immersed, at maximum temperature
pumped liquid up to 35°C. The permissible size of soft solid impurities is:
30 mm, which allows you to work in slightly polluted water without the risk of blocking
rotor. submersible pump IP INOX 230 V works well in both home installations
as well as in applications requiring greater housing resistance to damage.
Features of the IP INOX series
IP INOX series pumps are made of AISI 304 stainless steel casing, and the shaft and rotor
the engine is made of the same material. PPO polymer impeller and mechanical stuffing box
in the SiC/graphite system provide resistance to typical contaminants
in raw and slightly polluted water.
The integrated float switch automatically turns the pump on and off as required
from the water level, at the same time providing basic protection against dry running.
Thermal protection built into the winding protects the motor against overheating,
and the threaded, stepped discharge port allows the connection of hoses of various diameters.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – submersible pump IP INOX
What type of water is it intended for? submersible pump IP INOX?
IP INOX series pumps are designed for clean and slightly polluted water,
containing no grinding elements such as sand. Permissible size
soft solid impurities is 30 mm.
How does the pump protect itself against dry running?
Protection is provided by a built-in float switch that shuts off Power supply engine,
when the water level drops below a safe minimum. Additionally, thermal protection
in the winding protects the motor against overheating.
What is the difference between the IP INOX pump and the standard IP version?
Both lines have identical hydraulic and electrical parameters within the corresponding frames
the same power, but they differ in the housing material - the IP INOX version uses steel
stainless steel AISI 304, and the standard IP series housing made of technopolymer. The choice depends
depending on whether additional mechanical resistance of the housing (IP INOX) is a priority,
or low weight of the device (IP).
How to choose the IP INOX pump model for your needs?
The choice of model depends on the required lifting height and performance - the series includes
variants from 550 W (IP 550 INOX) to 1100 W (IP 1100 INOX), selected according to the level of flooding
or the size of the tank being emptied. If in doubt, we encourage you to
contact the technical department.
Where can you buy an IP INOX submersible pump?
Dambat does not sell directly. IP INOX series pumps are available from partners
commercial stores, installation wholesalers and authorized online distributors.
What warranty conditions apply to the IP INOX pump?
IBO – 24 months (2 years) manufacturer's warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service
Dambat assures.
