Application
Pump Sludge IBX AUTO is designed for pumping water contaminated by abrasive materials, such as sand and mud, while maintaining a compact design. It is mainly used in single-family construction for drainage of excavations, as well as in irrigation and drainage of construction sites.
The pump is also suitable for pumping rain and surface water from ponds, lakes and rivers. Thanks to the cooling jacket around the motor, the pump can operate only partially submerged.
Features of the IBX AUTO pump
The pump is made with a motor housing and body made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the shaft and rotor are made of AISI 420SS stainless steel - harder and more abrasion-resistant than standard AISI 304 steel. The semi-open impeller is made of extremely durable ductile cast iron, which ensures excellent durability in constant contact with sand.
Unlike KBFU series pumps, IBX AUTO is equipped with a control and control controller that serves as a protection instead of a traditional float switch. The mechanical stuffing box and NSK bearings ensure tightness and stable operation under heavy loads. Thermal protection built into the motor winding protects against overheating.
