Compact magnetic filter IBF-01 with transparent housing

IBF-01 is a compact magnetic filter made of transparent material, allowing visual inspection of the amount of contaminants inside the housing. Thanks to the use of a stainless steel mesh with a filtration accuracy of 800 μm and adsorption using a ruthenium magnet (Ru), the filter effectively traps contaminants present in heating systems.

Operating principle

Contaminants are trapped on the surface of the filter screen and in the sediment chamber, in accordance with the direction of water flow. The magnet inside the housing additionally filters iron oxide particles, providing secondary purification of the medium.

What is the IBF-01 magnetic filter used for?

The IBF-01 filter traps contaminants in heating installations, such as iron oxide particles and other deposits. It protects the boiler, pump, and fittings, extending the service life of the entire system.

How does the magnet in the IBF-01 filter work?

Inside the housing there is a cylindrical permanent magnet with a strength of 7000 Gauss, which has no direct contact with the water. It captures fine iron oxide particles and additionally removes sludge from the system.

How often should the filter be cleaned?

Cleaning is performed by removing the bottom section of the housing and rinsing it with water. The service frequency depends on the water quality and the level of contamination in the installation.

What are the technical specifications of the filter?
