Compact magnetic filter IBF-01 with transparent housing
IBF-01 is a compact magnetic filter made of transparent material that allows visual control of the amount of contamination inside the housing. Thanks to the application stainless steel strainers with an accuracy of 800 μm and adsorption using Ruthenium (Ru) magnet, the filter effectively stops impurities present in heating systems.
Key features
- Cylindrical design with fine strainer 800 μm.
-
Cylindrical permanent magnet (7000 Gauss) – without contact with water, effective filtration of iron oxides.
- Effective desilting the heating system.
- Contaminants settle in the settling chamber and on the internal walls of the housing.
- Easy to clean by disassembling the bottom part and rinsing with water.
- Small volume – perfect for assembly in hanging cauldrons with a narrow lower chamber.
Principle of operation
Contaminants are retained on the surface of the filter screen and in settling chamber, in the direction of water flow. The magnet inside the housing additionally filters iron oxide particles, providing secondary purification of the medium.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
What is the IBF-01 magnetic filter used for?
Filter IBF-01 stops impurities in heating installations, such as iron oxide particles and other deposits. It protects the boiler, pump and fittings, extending the life of the entire system.
How does the magnet in the IBF-01 filter work?
Inside the case there is cylindrical permanent magnet about strength 7000 Gauss, which is not in direct contact with water. It captures small particles of iron oxides and additionally desilts the system.
How often should the filter be cleaned?
Cleaning is done by disassembly of the lower part of the housing and rinsing it with water. The frequency of servicing depends on the water quality and the degree of contamination of the installation.
What are the technical parameters of the filter?
Model IBF-01 has dimensions 91 × 87 mm, maximum working pressure 3 bar, liquid temperature to 90°C, filtration ≥ 100 μm and maximum flow 74 l/min.
Is the IBF-01 filter suitable for installation in wall-mounted boilers?
Yes, thanks compact design and small volume, the filter can be easily installed even in wall-mounted boilers with a narrow lower chamber.
Where to buy the IBF-01 magnetic filter?
