Application
The HP 1500 INOX pump is designed for pumping clean and cold water. The device is ideal for supplying water to residential houses, powering recreational plots, supplying farms and in irrigation systems.
Thanks to the use of a suction-raising system (Venturi tube), the pump can draw medium from a depth of up to 8 meters. It can be used as a stand-alone device or as the heart of a classic hydrophore set - working with pressure tanks or intelligent PC and SK control machines. High hydraulic parameters make the pump perfectly raise the pressure in existing water installations.
Features, description and technical data
The HP 1500 INOX model is a multi-stage pump with a centrifugal design. The suction body, pump casing, shaft and interwall are made of corrosion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel. The internal hydraulic system is based on diffusers and impellers made of PPO polymer, and the tightness of the system is ensured by a mechanical stuffing box (ceramics, graphite, NBR). This design ensures high efficiency, high working pressure and is characterized by quiet operation of the system.
The drive is provided by a single-phase electric motor (230 V) with a power of 1500 W and a rotational speed of 2850 RPM, designed for continuous operation. The motor has thermal protection built into the winding to protect against overheating. The housing protection class is IP55 and the motor insulation corresponds to class F.
