High-pressure displacement pump with a grinder for domestic sewage
Harpia 1100 is designed for pumping domestic and commercial sewage. It belongs to the type of positive displacement pumps. The pump unit includes: a sewage grinder integrated with the disc shaft (called a cutting ring), a steel spiral-shaped rotor and a rubber stator with curves adapted to the shape of the rotor. Waste water is pumped through the pump rotor and stator until the liquid is lowered in the tank to the cut-off level (in conjunction with a control plug or float switch control). Automatic thermal overload protection shuts down the motor in the event of overheating due to low voltage, debris in the pump, or other problems. The engine cools down within 10 minutes and restarts automatically.
