Furia 2200 pump features
The Furia 2200 pump features an AISI 304 stainless steel motor housing, thanks to which
so it does not corrode through constant contact with wastewater. The pump body is made of cast iron
grey cast iron, while the shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and precise
impeller alignment. The mechanical seal operates in a SiC/graphite/NBR configuration.
The built-in grinding system with a cutting knife shreds solid contaminants
contained in the wastewater before it is pumped, reducing the risk of pipeline blockage
discharge line. The float switch automatically controls pump operation and provides basic
dry-run protection, while thermal protection built into the winding
protects the motor against overheating. Additional protection is provided by an overcurrent circuit breaker
mounted on a 10-metre power cable. The pump is designed for
continuous (S1) operation at a minimum immersion depth of 3.2 m.
