Features, description and technical data
FLUSH 40 is an electric flushing pump with a power rating of 370 W (0.37 kW), powered by 230 V / 50 Hz. The flow rate is up to 70 l/min at a working pressure of up to 2 bar, allowing high-capacity installations with greater flow resistance to be flushed. The maximum temperature of the flushed liquid is 50 °C, while the IP54 protection rating protects the device during workshop and on-site operation. The working tank has a capacity of 40 l.
The device is equipped with flow reversal operated by a switching valve. The operator manually changes the flow direction during the flushing cycle, allowing deposits to be removed from both sides of the circuit. Cyclically changing the direction increases the effectiveness of removing scale, iron bacteria, and deposits adhering to the walls of the installation.
FLUSH 40 is compatible with alkaline cleaning and descaling agents, such as IBO Cleaner IC-1. These chemicals dissolve deposits while remaining safe for the materials used in typical systems. After flushing, neutralization and protection of the system with a protective agent (protector) are recommended.
