FLUSH 20 PRO is an electric flushing pump with a power rating of 150 W (0.15 kW), supplied with 230 V / 50 Hz. The flow rate is up to 40 l/min at an operating pressure of 1.2 bar, while the maximum temperature of the flushed liquid is 50 °C. The IP54 protection rating safeguards the device during workshop operation and installation, while the working tank has a capacity of 20 l.
The most important feature of the PRO version is the automatic flow reversal controlled from the electronic panel. In automatic mode, the pump reverses the flow direction at the set interval (configured in minutes) and operates for the programmed time, after which it switches off automatically. Manual mode is also available, allowing the operator to select the flow direction. Cyclically changing the direction increases the effectiveness of removing limescale, iron bacteria, and deposits adhering to the walls of the installation.
The FLUSH 20 PRO is compatible with alkaline cleaning and descaling agents, such as IBO Cleaner IC-1. These chemicals dissolve deposits while remaining compatible with the materials used in typical systems. After flushing, neutralization and protection of the system with a protective agent (protector) are recommended.
