Features, description and technical data
FLUSH 20 is an electric flushing pump with a power rating of 150 W (0.15 kW), powered by 230 V / 50 Hz. The flow rate is up to 40 l/min at a working pressure of 1.2 bar, allowing deposits to be dissolved and flushed from inside pipes and heat exchangers. The maximum temperature of the flushed liquid is 50 °C, while the IP54 protection rating safeguards the device during operation in workshop conditions and on installations.
The device is equipped with a 17 l working tank and a manual flow reversal function (reverse flow). Changing the flow direction cyclically every few to several minutes increases the effectiveness of removing limescale, iron bacteria, and deposits adhering to the installation walls.
FLUSH 20 works with alkaline cleaning and descaling agents, such as IBO Cleaner IC-1. This chemistry dissolves deposits while remaining compatible with the materials used in typical installations. After flushing, neutralization and protection of the system with a protective agent (protector) are recommended.
