The PN-1000 pneumatic level controller is designed to control the pump operation depending on changes in the level of the pumped liquid. When the liquid level is above 5-7.5 cm from the lower edge of the controller, the device starts the pump. When the water is at the level of the lower edge of the controller in about 5 seconds, the controller will turn off the pump.
The device consists of a small pressure chamber closed by a membrane connected to an electric controller. The device can operate in two basic states - pump power is available or unavailable. The increasing water level causes an increase in pressure in the chamber, which causes deformation of the membrane, which directly affects the electric controller. The pressure chamber is connected by a cable to a socket to which the pump plug should be connected, and
connect the socket to external power supply.
