F-CPM INOX pumps by iQ PRO are designed for pumping slightly contaminated liquids and media containing solids with a diameter not exceeding 1 mm, with the content of free solid particles up to 0.26 kg/m³ and dissolved particles up to 51 kg/m³. They are used in washing and dishwashing machines in the food industry, in the transport of food liquids, in the transfer of suspensions in processing, and in fish farms and wineries. They are also used in the metallurgical industry, in dyeing plants in the textile industry and for cleaning bottles, cans and glass in the manufacturing industry.
In agriculture, the pump can be used to transfer moderately viscous liquids with low aggressiveness and to pump fertilizers, as well as in irrigation and drainage. The series also supports swimming pool systems, air conditioning and heating systems and public utility units, including purification and pressure boosting systems. The F-CPM INOX 230V industrial pump operates in a single-phase system, powered by 1 ~ 230 V.
Features of F-CPM INOX 230V – description and technical data
F-CPM INOX series pumps are based on a single-stage, centrifugal design with a closed impeller, which distinguishes them from open-impeller pumps intended for liquids with a higher content of solid impurities. An asynchronous motor, with a squirrel-cage rotor, with a closed structure, in an aluminum housing with external ventilation, drives the pump body, shaft, impeller and interwall made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the mechanical stuffing box is made of graphite, silicon carbide and NBR. This combination of materials ensures corrosion resistance and compliance with the hygiene requirements for devices working in contact with food products.
In the 230V version, the series includes two models differing in engine power and hydraulic efficiency - F-CPM 21 INOX (1.5 kW) and F-CPM 26 INOX (2.2 kW). Both models are equipped with 2x2" pressure and suction connections, which facilitates cooperation with standard installation fittings.
