iQ PRO F-CPM INOX pumps are single-stage centrifugal pumps with a closed impeller, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for transporting slightly contaminated liquids in industrial and hygienic installations. The closed impeller design and corrosion-resistant hydraulic components ensure stable operation with media containing small amounts of solid contaminants. The single-phase 230V F-CPM INOX series includes the F-CPM 21 INOX and F-CPM 26 INOX models, which differ in power and hydraulic performance.

Applications

iQ PRO F-CPM INOX pumps are designed for pumping slightly contaminated liquids and media containing solids with a diameter not exceeding 1 mm, with a free solid particle content of up to 0.26 kg/m³ and dissolved particle content of up to 51 kg/m³. They are suitable for washing and dishwashing machines in the food industry, transporting food liquids, conveying suspensions in processing plants, and use in fish farms and wineries. They are also used in the metallurgical industry, textile dyehouses, and for cleaning bottles, cans, and glass in manufacturing.

In agriculture, the pump can be used for transferring moderately viscous, mildly aggressive liquids and for pumping fertilisers, as well as for irrigation and drainage. The series also supports swimming pool systems, air-conditioning and heating systems, and public utility facilities, including water treatment and pressure-boosting systems. The F-CPM INOX 230V industrial pump operates in a single-phase system powered by 1~230 V.

F-CPM INOX 230V features – description and technical data

The F-CPM INOX series pumps are based on a single-stage centrifugal design with a closed impeller, distinguishing them from open-impeller pumps intended for liquids with a higher content of solid contaminants. The enclosed asynchronous squirrel-cage motor, housed in an aluminium casing with external ventilation, drives the pump body, shaft, impeller and intermediate wall, all made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the mechanical seal is made of graphite, silicon carbide and NBR. This combination of materials ensures corrosion resistance and compliance with the hygiene requirements for equipment operating in contact with food products.

In the 230V version, the series includes two models that differ in motor power and hydraulic performance – F-CPM 21 INOX (1.5 kW) and F-CPM 26 INOX (2.2 kW). Both models are equipped with 2x2" discharge and suction connections, facilitating compatibility with standard installation fittings.
