The GBH FIX 80 diaphragm vessel is a horizontal tank with a steel body coated with a two-layer epoxy-polyurethane coating. Inside is a non-replaceable butyl diaphragm with high tensile strength and resistance to high temperatures, while the connection is made of stainless steel. The plastic base and feet reduce the transfer of pump vibrations to the ground.
The diaphragm separates the water from the compressed air, allowing the system to maintain stable pressure between successive pump operating cycles. The tanks meet the requirements of the PED 2014/68/EU Pressure Equipment Directive and the EN 13831 standard.
