A replaceable diaphragm made of EPDM synthetic rubber, resistant to stretching and elevated temperatures, is fitted inside the steel shell. The diaphragm separates the heating medium from the compressed gas cushion, limiting the water's contact with the inside of the body.
The vessel is supplied with a factory pre-charge pressure of 1.5 bar ±10%, which can be adjusted to suit the specific installation. It works with closed heating systems with a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar and a medium temperature of up to 99°C.
