Features, description and technical data
The EPRO 15-15 PLUS pump has been designed for continuous circulation of drinking water, offering easy installation, low energy consumption and high comfort of use thanks to the low noise level of the entire system.
High energy efficiency of the pump has been achieved by using a permanent magnet in the motor rotor, which allows operation in the power consumption range of 3-9 W with a capacity of up to 10 l/min and a lifting height of 1.2 m. The device is designed to be powered by 1×230 V (+6%/−10%), 50 Hz, has an IP44 protection level, F insulation class and an allowable relative ambient humidity of up to 95%, thanks to which can operate in typical indoor installation conditions.
The maximum operating pressure in the system is 1 MPa (10 bar), the minimum suction inlet pressure is 2 m water column, and the permissible temperature range of the pumped liquid is from 2°C to 95°C (TF95), with the recommendation that the water temperature be higher than the ambient temperature to avoid condensation. The pump body is equipped with ½" connection stubs with a spacing of 72 mm, and the design requires the pump to be installed on a straight section of the pipeline, between two shut-off valves, with the motor shaft arranged horizontally and a non-return valve on the discharge side.
The control panel contains a digital display and a set of diodes and buttons enabling the setting of three operating time periods, switching on and off temperature values, as well as the selection of manual or automatic mode with time and temperature control.
During programming, the display shows the sequentially set start and stop time and temperature, while during normal operation it shows the current operating time, temperature and current power consumption, which makes it easier to control the pump's operating parameters. Starting the pump requires prior filling and bleeding of the installation, and in the event of noise during operation, a bleeding procedure is provided by opening and closing the water intake point several times or loosening the union nut until the water flows out of the pump body.
Maintenance includes periodic cleaning of the impeller if it is blocked by mineral deposits (scale), and all servicing should be performed after disconnecting the power supply and at the lowest possible water temperature, preferably below 30°C. The EPRO 15-15 PLUS pump is covered by a 36-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided that the instructions in the manual are followed, and all repairs should be carried out by an authorized service center of the DAMBAT manufacturer.
