PC-24 controller is designed to control the pump by turning the device on and off. Switching on depends on the drop in water pressure in the water installation below the minimum pressure set on the device and on the creation of flow in the pipe on which the PC-24 device is installed. Turning off depends on stopping the water flow in the pipe.
The device turns the pump on when you turn on the water tap or open the sprinklers, and turns it off when the tap or sprinklers are closed. It has a function protection against dry running – in case of lack of water, the automatic device turns off the pump, protecting it against damage.
The device can be directly connected to pumps whose motors do not draw more than 30 A during operation. Additionally, it protects the installation against flooding due to small leaks.
PC-24 is designed to work with clean water without mechanical impurities.
Features:
- Built-in pressure sensor
- A display showing the pressure in the installation in real time
- Possibility to set the start and end pressure as required
- Two working modes:
-
Mode 1 (dE1) – only setting the switch-on pressure
-
Mode 2 (dE2) – setting the switch-on and switch-off pressure (tank required)
- Dry-running protection
- High pressure protection
- Automatic start after activation of the dry-running protection
- Vertical and horizontal installation
- Automatic start for 10 seconds after 24 hours - a function that protects the pump against mechanical blockage
Installation
When installing, please pay attention to water flow direction – is indicated by arrows on the connections. If the system pressure exceeds 10 bar, it must be installed before the device pressure reducer.
It is best to seal pipe connections Teflon tape. The maximum height of the water column above the regulator depends on the switch-on pressure setting and cannot exceed the value corresponding to this pressure. The switch-on pressure should be selected according to the pump's capabilities.
For PC-24 to function properly, the pump must be able to generate a pressure at least 1 bar higher than the switch-on pressure. The minimum difference between the on and off pressure is 1 bar.
NOTE: Due to possible flow disruptions, check valves should not be installed between the pump and the controller. The device can only be used with a pump.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions about the PC-24 controller
What is the PC-24 controller used for?
Driver PC-24 automatically starts and stops the pump depending on the drop in water pressure and the appearance of flow in the installation. When you open the tap or sprinklers, the pump is turned on, and when you close them, it is turned off. The device also provides protection against dry running, which protects the pump against damage in the absence of water.
Who is the PC-24 controller intended for?
PC-24 is intended for home and garden users and small installations who want to automate the operation of the water pump. The device will work well where there is a need for smooth regulation of the pump operation depending on the pressure and water flow, as well as protection against dry running.
What functions does the PC-24 controller have?
PC-24 has built-in pressure sensor and a display showing its value in real time. It allows you to set the switch-on and switch-off pressure, offers two operating modes (only switch-on or switch-on and switch-off) and automatic startup after 24 hours of inactivity, which protects the pump against blocking. It protects against dry running and excessive pressure, and can be installed vertically and horizontally.
How to properly install the PC-24 driver?
During installation, follow the water flow markings - arrows on the body. If the system pressure exceeds 10 bar, a pressure reducer must be installed upstream of the PC-24. Joints should be sealed with Teflon tape. It is not allowed to mount check valves between the pump and the controller. The pump should be able to achieve a pressure that is at least 1 bar higher than the set start pressure.
