Features, description and technical data

Pumping station tank DRENO BOX 200L A 2″ is a polyethylene tank with a capacity of 200 liters, adapted to work with submersible pumps DRENO COMPATTA and DNA. Version A is equipped with a 2" EASY E3.1 coupling foot mounted on the bottom of the tank and a 1¼" guide, which allows quick assembly and disassembly of the pump without having to enter the tank. The polyethylene casing and a large cover with a gasket, closed with screws, ensure the tightness of the system and effectively prevent the escape of odors.

Pumping station DRENO BOX 200L A is used for drainage of flat surfaces and disposal of domestic sewage in situations where the main sewage system is located higher than the outflow from the installation. When using pumps with a Vortex impeller with a free passage of 40–50 mm (COMATTA and DNA series), the tank can handle sewage from bathrooms and kitchens, sewage from floor drainage and rainwater. With a capacity of 200 l, the pumping station provides a safe working reserve and limits the number of pump activation cycles, which has a positive effect on the durability of the entire system.

DRENO BOX 200L A 2″ is intended for use inside buildings as a free-standing or under-floor tank and does not require anchoring to the ground. The tank can be installed on the floor or on the ground, and its optimal dimensions facilitate installation in basements, garages and technical rooms. A large cover with a seal, adapted for walking (without vehicular traffic), allows the pumping station to be integrated with the utility floor.

The tank is equipped with a 2" discharge riser and connection holes: a Ø50 hole for connecting the ventilation system and a Ø110 hole for connecting the gravity sewage system. In the standard set DRENO BOX 200L A includes: a set of gaskets, a quick connector for a 2" discharge pipe and rubber cable glands, which facilitates the creation of tight and durable connections. The maximum temperature of the pumped liquid is +40°C, according to the documentation DRENO BOX.

The tank is easy to install and adapted to the use of pumps DRENO – the user receives a complete piping base with a coupling foot, to which the COMPATTA and DNA pumps are connected using a foot coupling. • COMPATTA 55 M/G (1.5 kW, 230 V) – the most powerful pump in the COMPATTA series, with a Vortex impeller capable of pumping sewage with larger amounts of solid impurities.
• DNA 50-2/110 M/G (1.1 kW, 230 V) – sewage pump with Vortex impeller, free passage up to approx. 50 mm, suitable for sewage and dirty water.
• DNA 50-2/150 M/G (1.5 kW, 230 V) – sewage pump for heavier load installations, with Vortex impeller and 2" output.
• DNA 50-4/090 M/G (0.9 kW, 400 V) – three-phase pump sewage system with a Vortex impeller, dedicated to commercial and industrial applications.
