Application
submersible pump DRAIN 400 / DRAIN 750 is intended for pumping clean and slightly polluted water, not containing grinding elements such as sand. The pump is used to drain flooded rooms, swimming pools and wells.
It can also pump water from ponds, rivers, reservoirs and shallow ring wells. submersible pump DRAIN 400 / DRAIN 750 230 V works in a vertical position, with a maximum temperature of the pumped liquid up to 35°C.
Features of the DRAIN 400 / DRAIN 750 pump
The pump is made of a technopolymer casing, which ensures low weight of the device. The shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the rotor is made of PPO polymer, and the mechanical stuffing box works in a SiC/graphite system.
The switch is built into the pump body in the form of a slider, making the pump suitable for operation in narrow wells and tanks where traditional Float the ball would have too little space to move freely. The pump offers two operating modes - automatic, in which the slider sets the activation level, and manual, in which the device operates until it is manually turned off. Thermal protection built into the winding protects the motor against overheating.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – submersible pump DRAIN 400 / DRAIN 750
What type of water is the DRAIN pump intended for?
The pump is intended for clean and slightly polluted water that does not contain grinding elements such as sand. The permissible size of contamination is 35 mm.
How narrow a sump does the DRAIN pump fit into?
A switch built into the pump body in the form of a slider allows operation in narrower wells and tanks than in the case of pumps with traditional float switch ball, which requires more space for free movement.
What is the difference between automatic and manual mode in the DRAIN pump?
In automatic mode, the pump starts when the water level reaches the height set with the slider, and turns off when the level drops to approximately 11 cm. In manual mode, the pump operates continuously and the user must turn it off themselves when the water level reaches approximately 5 cm from the pump base.
DRAIN 400 or DRAIN 750 - which model is better for my needs?
The choice of model depends on the required lifting height and performance - DRAIN 400 reaches lifting heights of up to 5 m, and DRAIN 750 up to 8 m, with higher efficiency. If in doubt, we encourage you to contact the technical department.
Where can you buy a DRAIN submersible pump?
