DP 355 with a 50 l hydrophore is a hydrophore set for automatic intake and pumping of raw water in households. It combines a single-stage, self-suction DP 355 surface pump with a power of 1.1 kW with a 50 l expansion tank and pressure automation. Thanks to the system with a venturi tube and return piping, the pump sucks water from a depth of up to 23 m - much deeper than standard surface pumps. After unscrewing the draw-off point, the pump starts automatically and turns off when it is closed.

Application
The DP 355 hydrophore set with a 50 l hydrophore by IBO is designed for automatic collection and pumping of technically clean, cold raw water in single-family houses, farms, recreational facilities and on allotments. The suction capacity reaches up to 23 m and is achieved by using return piping inserted into the well. The set pumps water from drilled wells, own intakes and tanks, and also increases the pressure in the system supplying the installation. The set is not a water treatment device - when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate preparation.
The pressure switch automatically starts and disconnects the pump depending on the pressure in the installation, and the 50 l diaphragm tank stabilizes the pressure and limits the frequency of engine starts. Dedicated equipment pre-selected for the pump simplifies the process of completing and assembling the installation. The set operates with a power supply of 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz.
Features of DP 355 hydrophore 50 – description and technical data
The basis of the set is a single-stage, self-priming centrifugal pump with a suction system based on a Venturi tube and return piping, thanks to which the pump sucks water from a depth of up to 23 m. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding and protects it against overheating.
The pressure gauge is mounted on a five-way discharge outlet, which creates one connection node for the tank, installation and automation - this facilitates the distribution of the installation in many directions. An anti-vibration hose with an elbow limits the transfer of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the classic pump + tank configuration, the DP 355 pump itself can be connected to PC or SK series hydrophore machines, as well as to the IVR-02 frequency converter.
