When a water outlet is opened, the pump starts automatically, and when it is closed, the pump switches off.

Applications
The IBO DP 355 pressure booster set with a 24 L pressure tank is designed for the automatic intake and pumping of technically clean, cold untreated water in single-family homes, farms, recreational facilities, and plots. Its suction capacity reaches up to 23 m and is achieved using return piping lowered into the well. The set pumps water from drilled wells, private intakes, and tanks, and also increases pressure in systems supplying an installation. The set does not treat water—for other uses, we recommend ensuring appropriate water treatment.
The pressure switch automatically starts and disconnects the pump depending on the pressure in the system, while the 24 L diaphragm tank stabilizes the pressure and reduces the frequency of motor starts. Factory-selected accessories dedicated to the pump simplify the process of assembling and installing the system. The set operates on a 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz power supply.

The set is based on a single-stage, self-priming centrifugal pump with a suction system using a Venturi tube and return piping, enabling the pump to draw water from a depth of up to 23 m. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding and protects it against overheating.
The pressure gauge is mounted on a five-way discharge outlet, which forms a single connection point for the tank, installation, and automation—making it easier to distribute the system in multiple directions. The anti-vibration hose with an elbow reduces the transmission of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the standard pump + tank configuration, the DP 355 pump itself can be connected to PC or SK series pressure booster controllers, as well as to an IVR-02 frequency converter.
