Application
The tank is used in installations supplying water to single- and multi-family houses, farms and industrial plants. The device is used to store clean water and stabilize the pressure in the network, cooperating with surface and submersible pumps as part of classic hydrophore sets. Thanks to the EPDM rubber diaphragm separating the water from the outer jacket and the compressed air layer, the water does not have direct contact with the metal walls of the vessel.
The horizontal orientation of the tank facilitates its integration in low technical rooms, allowing for stable mounting of the suction pump on it. The device is designed to operate at temperatures from 0°C to 45°C. The car air valve built into the cover allows service technicians to conveniently pump or release air in order to correct the factory initial pressure (1.7 bar) to optimal values for a given hydrophore characteristic.
