CS 80-65-200/30 3~400V – horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump made of stainless steel
The IPRO CS 80-65 pump is a horizontal, single-stage centrifugal pump in a monobloc design, made of stainless steel using cold-forming and hydroforming technology. The wide DN80 suction flange allows a flow rate of over 2000 l/min, making this flange size one of the largest in the CS range. The series is available exclusively in a three-phase version, with a wide power range from 4 to 30 kW.

Applications
The IPRO CS 80-65 pump is designed to transport water and increase pressure in raw-water intake and discharge systems; its use in water-supply installations is permitted only in accordance with the technical documentation for the specific model. In industrial applications, it performs well in process-water and cleaning systems. It is also used for boiler feed, in cooling and air-conditioning systems, and for transporting condensate.
In agriculture, the pump handles irrigation of extensive agricultural land and large installations on fish farms. The standard mechanical seal is not suitable for liquids containing solid particles—the pump is intended exclusively for clean media. The pump is not a water-treatment device; when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate pretreatment. The CS 80-65 industrial pump operates in a three-phase system powered by 3~400 V or 3~690 V.
CS 80-65 features – design and technical data
The impeller, shaft, and pump casing of the CS 80-65 are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (an AISI 316 shaft is available on request). The standard mechanical seal consists of graphite / ceramic / NBR, a solution suitable for clean liquids and not intended for operation with solid contaminants. The O-ring is made of NBR.
The motors driving the CS 80-65 cover a power range from 4 to 30 kW, all supplied with 400 V (delta) / 690 V (star). Efficiency and the cos φ power factor increase with motor power:
