CS 65-40-200/7.5 3~400V – horizontal single-stage stainless-steel centrifugal pump

The IPRO CS 65-40 is a horizontal, single-stage centrifugal pump with a monoblock design, made of stainless steel using cold-forming and hydroforming technology. The DN65 suction flange ensures a capacity of up to 750 l/min while maintaining a compact monoblock design. The three-phase version covers the full power range available in this flange size, from the smallest to the highest-capacity variants.

For whom

• Large apartment buildings and commercial facilities – a flow rate of approximately 500–750 l/min can serve large apartment buildings, hotels, or larger office facilities.
• Industrial plants – higher-power variants ensure stable operation in boiler-feed systems and industrial cooling and air-conditioning systems.

Applications

The IPRO CS 65-40 pump is designed to transport water and increase pressure in raw-water intake and discharge systems; use in water-supply installations is permitted only in accordance with the technical documentation for the specific model. In industrial applications, it performs well in process-water and cleaning systems. It is also used for boiler feed, cooling and air-conditioning systems, condensate transport, and water circulation in swimming-pool systems.

In agriculture, the pump handles irrigation of farmland and installations on fish farms. The standard mechanical seal is not suitable for liquids containing solid particles – the pump is intended exclusively for clean media. The pump is not a water-treatment device – when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate pretreatment. The CS 65-40 industrial pump operates in a three-phase system supplied with 3~230 V or 3~400 V.

CS 65-40 features – design and technical data

The impeller, shaft, and pump cover of the CS 65-40 are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (an AISI 316 shaft is available on request). The standard mechanical seal consists of graphite / ceramic / NBR – a solution suitable for clean liquids and not intended for use with solid contaminants. The O-ring is made of NBR.

The motors driving the CS 65-40 cover a power range from 1.5 to 11 kW. Models up to 3 kW are powered at 230 V (delta) / 400 V (star), while models rated at 4 kW and above are powered at 400 V (delta) / 690 V (star). Efficiency and the power factor cos φ increase with motor power:
