The IPRO CS 65-40 pump is a horizontal, single-stage centrifugal pump with a monoblock design, made of stainless steel using cold pressing and hydroforming technology. The DN65 suction flange guarantees a flow rate of up to 583 l/min while maintaining a compact monoblock design. The single-phase 230V version facilitates connection in installations without a three-phase power supply.

Application
The IPRO CS 65-40 pump is designed to transport water and increase pressure in raw-water intake and discharge systems; its use in water supply installations is permitted only in accordance with the technical documentation for the specific model. In industrial applications, it is suitable for process-water systems and cleaning systems. It is also used for boiler feed, in cooling and air-conditioning systems, for condensate transport, and in water circulation systems for swimming pools.
In agriculture, the pump supports irrigation of agricultural land and installations on fish farms. The standard mechanical seal is not suitable for liquids containing solid particles – the pump is intended exclusively for clean media. The pump is not a water-treatment device – when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate pretreatment. The CS 65-40 industrial pump operates in a single-phase system supplied with 1~230 V.
CS 65-40 features – design and technical data
The impeller, shaft, and pump cover of the CS 65-40 are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (an AISI 316 shaft is available on request). The standard mechanical seal consists of graphite / ceramic / NBR – a solution suitable for clean liquids and not intended for operation with solid contaminants. The O-ring is made of NBR.
The single-phase CS 65-40 drive motors include two power levels available in this product line – above 2.2 kW, the CS 65-40 series is offered exclusively in a three-phase version. The table below presents the electrical parameters of the single-phase version, confirmed by the rating plate:
