CS 50-32-200/7.5 3~400V – horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump made of stainless steel

The IPRO CS 50-32 pump is a horizontal, single-stage centrifugal pump in a monobloc design, made of stainless steel using cold stamping and hydroforming technology. This production method makes it possible to replace traditional cast-iron pumps wherever corrosion resistance and process hygiene are important, without sacrificing structural robustness. The three-phase version covers the full power range available for this flange size, from the smallest to the highest-capacity variants.

Who is it for?

• Medium and large multi-family buildings and commercial facilities – a flow rate of approximately 366–416 l/min allows it to serve larger multi-family buildings, hotels or office buildings.
• Industrial plants – the pump performs well in cleaning systems and in transporting process liquids in medium-sized production lines.
• Industrial plants and boiler rooms – higher-power variants ensure stable operation in boiler feed systems and industrial cooling and air-conditioning systems.
• Large-scale agriculture – the pump handles irrigation of extensive crops and installations at fish farms requiring higher capacity.

Applications

The IPRO CS 50-32 pump is designed to transport water and boost pressure in raw water intake and discharge systems; use in water supply systems is permitted only in accordance with the technical documentation for the specific model. In industrial applications, it performs well in process water systems and cleaning systems. It is also used for boiler feed, in cooling and air-conditioning systems, for condensate transport, and in water circulation in swimming pool systems.

In agriculture, the pump is used for irrigating agricultural land and in fish farm installations. The standard mechanical seal is not designed for liquids containing solid particles – the pump is intended exclusively for clean media. The pump is not a water treatment device – when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate pretreatment. The CS 50-32 industrial pump operates in a three-phase system powered by 3~230 V or 3~400 V.

CS 50-32 features – design and technical specifications

The impeller, shaft and pump casing of the CS 50-32 are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (an AISI 316 shaft is available on request). The standard mechanical seal consists of graphite / ceramic / NBR – a solution suitable for clean liquids and not intended for operation with solid contaminants. The O-ring is made of NBR.

The motors driving the CS 50-32 cover a power range from 1.1 to 7.5 kW. Models up to 3 kW are powered at 230 V (delta) / 400 V (star), while models rated at 4 kW and above are powered at 400 V (delta) / 690 V (star). Efficiency and the cos φ power factor increase with motor power:
