CS 50-32-160/1.5 1~230V – horizontal single-stage stainless steel centrifugal pump
The IPRO CS 50-32 pump is a horizontal, single-stage centrifugal pump with a monoblock design, made of stainless steel using cold stamping and hydroforming technology. This manufacturing method makes it possible to replace traditional cast-iron pumps wherever corrosion resistance and process hygiene are important, without compromising structural strength. The single-phase 230V version simplifies connection in installations without three-phase power.

Applications
The IPRO CS 50-32 pump is designed to transport water and increase pressure in raw-water intake and pumping systems; use in water-supply installations is permitted only in accordance with the technical documentation for the specific model. In industrial applications, it is suitable for process-water systems and cleaning systems. It is also used for boiler feed, cooling and air-conditioning systems, condensate transport, and water circulation in swimming-pool systems.
In agriculture, the pump handles agricultural-land irrigation and installations in fish farms. The standard mechanical seal is not suitable for fluids containing solid particles – the pump is intended exclusively for clean media. The pump is not a water-treatment device – when used for other purposes, appropriate pretreatment should be provided. The industrial CS 50-32 pump operates in a single-phase system powered by 1~230 V.
CS 50-32 features – design and technical data
The impeller, shaft, and pump cover of the CS 50-32 are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (an AISI 316 shaft is available on request). The standard mechanical seal consists of graphite / ceramic / NBR – a solution suitable for clean fluids and not intended for operation with solid contaminants. The O-ring is made of NBR.
The single-phase CS 50-32 drive motors include three power levels available in this product line – above 2.2 kW, the CS series is offered exclusively in a three-phase version. The table below presents the electrical parameters of the single-phase version, confirmed by the rating plate:
