CPI 15-15 - DHW circulation pump
The IBO CPI 15-15 circulation pump eliminates the frustrating waiting for hot water at the tap - it forces constant circulation of hot water in the installation, so that when you unscrew the valve, hot water flows almost immediately instead of cooled water from the pipes.
For whom
- Home owners with long sections of hot water installations - shorten the waiting time for hot water and limit its wastage every time the tap is turned on.
- Installers - the glandless, compact design and the ability to rotate the terminal box facilitate installation in tight conditions in front of the boiler.
- Owners of boilers and hot water tanks - the pump is selected as an element forcing circulation in front of the hot water tank.
- Service companies – simple, single-speed design without electronics means fewer components can fail.
Application
The CPI 15-15 circulation pump is designed to force the circulation of hot utility water in installations where water is supplied from a boiler or hot water tank. It is usually mounted in front of the tank, on its supply side, and operates in liquid temperatures up to 95°C.
Thanks to this, in installations without forced circulation, where after opening the tap, first the cooled water flows from the pipes and only then the hot water, the CPI 15-15 230 V circulation pump allows you to obtain hot water almost immediately after opening the valve, without unnecessary waste of water and energy.
Features
The brass body and ceramic shaft provide resistance to corrosion and scaling, thanks to which the pump operates almost failure-free for many heating seasons. Materials in contact with water are certified by the National Institute of Hygiene, which confirms their safety in hot water installations. The terminal box can be rotated relative to the discharge body, which allows the power cable to be routed vertically downwards and protect it against flooding in the event of an installation leak.
The pump must operate with the shaft positioned horizontally - installation in a vertical position leads to rapid wear of the bearings, so it is worth planning the appropriate positioning in the pipeline in front of the boiler. Single-speed design without control electronics means fewer components can fail and easier installation than multi-speed pumps.

Frequently asked questions
What is the CPI 15-15 circulation pump used for?
CPI 15-15 forces constant circulation of hot water in the installation, so that when you turn on the tap, hot water appears almost immediately, instead of the cooled water remaining in the pipes.
Is CPI 15-15 suitable for central heating installations?
No - CPI 15-15 is designed specifically for the circulation of domestic hot water and installed before the boiler or hot water tank, and not for forcing circulation in central heating installations.
Will the CPI 15-15 pump work in my DHW installation?
Yes, if the distance and resistance of the installation are within the lifting range of 1.7 m and the water temperature does not exceed 95°C - the pump works well in typical single-family installations with a boiler or tank.
How to properly install the CPI 15-15 pump?
It is crucial to place the pump shaft in a horizontal position - vertical installation quickly destroys the bearings. It is worth positioning the terminal box so that the cable exits vertically down, which protects it against flooding in the event of an installation leak.
Where can I buy a CPI 15-15 circulation pump?
The pump is available from our trading partners, installation wholesalers and authorized online distributors.
What warranty applies to the CPI 15-15 pump?
The IBO brand pump is covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty, and warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat.
